If your piece arrives damaged, please contact me through the Contact page with photos of the piece and packaging. Keep the packaging while we arrange the next steps. Please contact me before sending anything back.

If your piece becomes damaged later, contact me with photos so I can assess whether a repair is possible. Repair and shipping fees may apply and will be discussed with you beforehand.
